We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent insurance broker in Tunbridge Wells, who are seeking an experienced Account Handler specialising in Professional Indemnity (PI) and Financial Lines to join their growing corporate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle complex corporate clients across professional services, technology, and financial sectors, providing technical expertise and outstanding service.

 

The Role:

As a PI and Financial Lines Account Handler, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, supporting renewals, servicing queries, and liaising with insurers to deliver tailored insurance solutions. You'll also work closely with Account Executives and senior management to provide a seamless client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries for PI and financial lines clients
  • Preparing policy documentation, reports, and renewal presentations
  • Liaising with insurers to secure competitive and bespoke cover
  • Supporting Account Executives in strategic client placements
  • Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships

 

About You:


  • Experience as an Account Handler in PI and/or Financial Lines within a broker or insurer
  • Strong technical knowledge of PI, D&O, Cyber, and related financial covers
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Confident handling complex corporate clients
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Acturis or similar broking software experience preferred
  • Cert CII qualified or working towards (support provided)
