The Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on both sales delivery and team management. You'll be responsible for driving new business performance, coaching your team, and maximising the support available from internal partners to secure high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading from the front on sales, driving new business performance
Managing and developing a high-performing team of sales professionals
Leveraging a strong pipeline of leads, introducers, and marketing activity
Working with internal project teams to target and convert larger commercial clients
Collaborating with broking teams to deliver bespoke insurance solutions
Setting performance standards and ensuring consistent results
Expanding the sales function with full remit to recruit and grow the team
Representing the business with senior stakeholders and key partners
About You:
Proven background in insurance sales, ideally in a leadership or senior development role
Strong track record of winning and retaining commercial clients
Confident leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
Skilled relationship builder with excellent communication abilities
Commercial, target-driven, and comfortable leading by example
Ambitious, resilient, and ready to take ownership of a fast-growing division
