Job Title: Renewals Executive
Location: Northampton (Office-Based)

We are seeking a Renewals Executive to join our insurance team in Northampton. You will be responsible for managing renewals and supporting a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service.

Key Responsibilities:

  Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy documentation

• 
  

  Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters to secure appropriate terms

• 
  

  Ensure adequacy of cover and compliance with FCA regulations

• 
  

  Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively

• 
  

  Provide excellent client service and technical support on insurance matters

Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  Previous experience in insurance renewals or account handling

• 
  

  Knowledge of commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Motor, Financial Lines, etc.)

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• 
  

  Excellent communication and relationship management skills
