Sales Executive - Motor & Fleet InsuranceWe are supporting a well-established insurance broker in Leeds who are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding motor insurance team.
Working as part of a small, supportive sales team, you will be responsible for selling taxi, courier and fleet insurance policies to new customers. The role involves engaging with high volumes of inbound and outbound customer enquiries, building relationships, understanding client needs and securing suitable cover.
Key Responsibilities
Sell taxi, courier and fleet insurance policies
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
Build rapport and provide a professional service
Work to achievable monthly income and policy targets
About You
Comfortable working in a phone-based environment
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Sales or customer-facing experience essential (any industry)
Driven, target-focused and team-oriented
Package & Benefits
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE
Attractive monthly bonus scheme (uncapped)
