Location: West Yorkshire / Hybrid

This is a senior technical role suited to a confident Account Handler who enjoys complex casework, strong client relationships, and acting as a trusted support to Account Executives and Directors. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team with clear progression and long-term stability.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients.
Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and complex technical queries.
Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a seamless, high-touch client service.
Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing.
Act as a technical referral point within the team, supporting junior handlers where required.
About You
Proven experience as an Account Handler within a commercial insurance broking environment.
Strong technical knowledge across core commercial lines.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients, insurers, and senior stakeholders.
