Development Executive (Motor Fleet)
Remote - UKThis Development Executive role is purely new business. No inherited book. No servicing distractions. You win the case, pass it to the existing business team, and move straight on to the next opportunity. For which, you will be rewarded with quarterly bonuses.
The business operates nationally across the insurance market and holds significant fleet data and live prospects for you to get stuck into. There are more leads than they can currently manage, so you will have genuine opportunities to convert.
The role is Remote UK with potentially national travel.
What you will be doing:
- Winning new Motor Fleet insurance business
- Working qualified data and prospect pipelines
- Meeting clients across the UK
- Negotiating terms with insurers
- Delivering against clear quarterly income targets
You will need experience placing Motor Fleet insurance within the insurance market. You do not need to be a fleet technical specialist, but you must understand how fleet programmes are structured and sold.
