What the role looks like


  • This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys managing accounts well, spotting opportunities and building trust with clients over the long term.
  • You will inherit an existing book, take ownership of relationships and work closely with internal teams to make sure clients receive the right advice and service.
  • This is not a role where you are left to figure it out alone.

 

Responsibilities


  • Take ownership of an inherited portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and become their trusted point of contact
  • Lead renewals, programme discussions and account strategy
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop the book over time
  • Work with broking, servicing and claims teams to deliver a high standard of client care
  • Negotiate with insurers and present solutions clearly and commercially
  • Maintain strong retention while supporting wider business growth
