What the role looks like


  • You'll take ownership of commercial client relationships, lead renewal discussions, advise on cover and strategy, and work closely with internal teams to make sure clients receive the right outcome.
  • You'll need to be confident in front of clients, commercially aware and comfortable spotting opportunities to strengthen accounts over time.

Responsibilities


  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Lead renewals, account strategy and day-to-day client discussions
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Work closely with broking, claims and servicing teams
  • Negotiate with insurers and present solutions clearly and commercially
  • Maintain strong retention while contributing to wider business growth
