As a Team Leader, you will remain close enough to the work to add value while also taking responsibility for team performance, file quality and case strategy. What you'll be doing:
- Leading a team handling serious injury and complex personal injury claims
- Overseeing file progression, technical quality and litigation strategy
- Supporting and developing fee earners working on high-value matters
- Acting as a senior point of contact on liability, causation, quantum and risk
- Monitoring performance, workflow and service standards across the team
- Working closely with stakeholders across the wider insurance landscape
- Driving a steady, credible culture focused on quality rather than noise
