What you'll be doing:

• Leading a team handling serious injury and complex personal injury claims
• Overseeing file progression, technical quality and litigation strategy
• Supporting and developing fee earners working on high-value matters
• Acting as a senior point of contact on liability, causation, quantum and risk
• Monitoring performance, workflow and service standards across the team
• Working closely with stakeholders across the wider insurance landscape
• Driving a steady, credible culture focused on quality rather than noise
