Commercial Insurance Account Executive - Remote - Covering various regions of Scotland

Are you a commercially minded Account Executive / Development Executive who enjoys meeting clients and winning business - but tired of constantly wondering where your prospecting/lead generation support is?

A household-name insurance broker is looking for an Account Executive / Development Executive to develop qualified introductions generated through formal referral partnerships that provide paths into corporations with turnover ranging between £5m - £500m.

This creates a consistent pipeline of genuine opportunities, allowing you to focus on understanding clients' businesses, presenting suitable insurance solutions and converting new business.

Clients are typically established organisations with annual turnover ranging from £5 million to £500 million.

You will also be supported by a broker function, as well as having front-end support with client presentations and background research.

The role

• Develop relationships with referred prospects that are introduced to you
• Meet decision-makers to understand their businesses, risks and insurance requirements
• Present compelling commercial insurance programmes
• Convert qualified introductions into long-term clients
• Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities for further growth
• Work closely with broking and servicing colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes
  
  

About you

You will be an experienced commercial insurance Account Executive / Development Executive with a strong track record of converting opportunities and building client relationships. You should be confident in engaging senior decision-makers and comfortable advising businesses with complex insurance needs.
