  • A hybrid role - building lasting relationships with an existing client base, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

  • Engage in proactive networking and prospecting activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Surrounded by the full support of dedicated account handling, broking and claims colleagues - the proposition to clients is all about strong service and solutions.

You:


  • Proven track record in insurance broking or a similar client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  •  Adept at managing and growing a client book, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing business development chances.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the firm's success.
