Role - Commercial Account Handler
Salary - £30,000 to £38,000
Location - Leamington/Warwick
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our friendly and experienced team in Leamington/Warwick. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new clients, dealing with a range of commercial policies including MTAs, renewals, and broking.
Responsibilities
- Provide quotations on all types of Commercial Insurance, via telephone, face to face, or in writing
- Place cover when instructed, invite and confirm renewals, and handle mid-term adjustments
- Work with Account Executives to look after clients' needs and contribute to the business objectives and continued growth
- Understand and adhere to FCA regulations and act compliantly
- Handle your own clients end to end and provide excellent serviceQualifications
- Minimum of two years in commercial insurance within property, casualty, motor, and professional negligence
- Experience within a broking environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to hold effective conversations over the phone
- Familiarity with IT systems and ability to manage time efficientlyBenefits
