Private Client Account Handler

 

The Private Client Account Handler will be in the private client broking team, supporting managers and Account Executives in acquiring, maintaining, and renewing private client insurance policies.

The Private Client Account Handler plays a pivotal role in maintaining key client relationships and driving growth in the Private Client Department.

 

Revenue Generation & Client Support


  • Support revenue growth and retention through expert client service and broking activities.
  • Key Responsibilities:




    • Work closely with Managers and Account Executives to help achieve and exceed income targets.
    • Oversee preparation and accuracy of documentation issued to clients.
    • Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments, escalating where necessary.
    • Prepare insurer presentations and negotiate terms with underwriters.
    • Act as a contact for client queries and maintain high service standards.


 

Placement & Administration


  • Ensure efficient and compliant support processes are in place and executed consistently.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with company procedures.
    • Proactively keep the company's systems updated with client and policy information.


 

Finance & Reporting


  • Drive financial accuracy and support business reporting.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee accurate and timely issue of client invoices and manage related queries.
    • Liaise with finance and credit control to ensure smooth premium collection.
    • Identify and address any finance discrepancies, coordinating resolutions promptly.
    • Provide insights and reporting on portfolio performance and renewal retention.


 

Personal Development


  • Maintain a high level of professional development and compliance.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay informed on market developments.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs as directed.
