We're looking for a driven Claims Executive to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional results across a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

As a Claims Executive you will:

• Manage the end-to-end claims process, from investigation through to settlement.
• Handle complex or contentious claims, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Analyse claims data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve processes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Visit clients following losses to provide on-site support and advocate for swift resolutions.

As a Claims Executive you will have:

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims procedures.
• Proven experience in a brokerage or commercial insurance environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Confidence, resilience, and a client-first mindset.
• A natural leader who thrives on collaboration and delivering results.
• CII or CILA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
