What the role looks like

• This is not a sink-or-swim move. You'll have the chance to learn the Executive side of the role in the right way, with guidance around client development, market strategy and managing a book.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Build stronger direct relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact
• Work on renewals, mid-term adjustments and wider account strategy
• Attend client meetings alongside senior colleagues, with increasing ownership over time
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts
• Liaise with insurers and internal teams to secure the right outcomes for clients
• Deliver a high level of technical and day-to-day service
