An opportunity for a strategic Development Manager to elevate their career in this high profile role with a major UK insurer. You'll operate at management level, working with senior stakeholders at national and international brokers on their proposition through high value, tactical partnerships.
Your role will be to drive growth within the London market and there's a £6 figure package available to attract the right person, including a bonus amongst the best in the market.
- You'll work at strategic level with brokers across the London insurance market, challenging their thinking and influencing their broking strategy in order to win high value business partnerships in the form of schemes and deals - these will range from £250k to £5m+.
- The team is thriving; you'll have the momentum and as much as you could wish for in the form of infrastructure, MI, data and support in regard to underwriting, bespoke product design and broker service.
