Head of Insurance Operations 

Northamptonshire

Salary - £80,000 

We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for someone to head up the Operations side of the business. 

 The Role:

• You will be overseeing the day-to-day business operations to optimise operational efficiency
• Lead organisational change management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop & execute growth strategies
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships
• Enhance leadership & team development
• Drive technological innovation
• Implement sustainable business practices
• Ensuring adequate administrative & reporting procedures in place
• Deliver operational excellence via IT systems

The Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of FCA and the Insurance Industry.
