Position: SME Account Handler
Location: Stevenage
Salary: Up to £35,000
We are seeking experienced SME Account Handlers to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic office with a strong leadership team and a focus on growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
- Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SME account handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
Day-to-day
- Engage with warm leads and existing accounts
- Collaborate with the SME team to drive business growth
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
- Work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
