Position: Account Handler

Your day-to-day will involve supporting a designated client portfolio, being their first point of contact, and building strong relationships while assisting with their queries. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio as their first point of contact
• Build strong relationships with clients and assist them with queries
• Provide excellent customer service and sales support

Qualifications

• Some experience in the Insurance Industry
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to learn and be curious
• Confidence to work with clients over the phone and in person
• Experience in customer service
• Positive outlook, collaborative, and adaptable

Day-to-day

• Engage with clients over the phone and in person
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide support and assistance with client queries
