Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring their diverse insurance needs are met with expert service.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and present tailored insurance solutions to a varied portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure competitive premiums for clients.
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in insurance account management or a similar client-facing role within the insurance industry.
• Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships, with an emphasis on exceptional service delivery.
• ACII qualification or working towards it is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using insurance-related IT systems and software.

Day-to-day

• Inheriting a book of business to develop and handle, focusing on commercial business with a sweet spot of £15k - £50k income type business.
• Handling all classes of policies and products within the commercial business segment.
