Role: Real Estate Account Handler
Location: London
Salary: c£35,000 to £40,000
We are seeking experienced Real Estate / Property Account Handlers to join our clients team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a small book of clients and providing support to the executives on larger and more complex accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small book of clients, handling their Real Estate and Property insurance needs
- Provide support to the Account Executives
- Work with clients paying premiums up to £1 million gwp
- Utilize Acturis for efficient handling of tasks
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate or Property insurance
- Proficiency in Acturis
- Strong understanding of Property and Real Estate processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Day-to-day:
- Managing client portfolios
- Assisting executives with their workload
- Utilizing Acturis for data management and analysis
- Collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction
